New Clients Please book an appointment or 15-minute initial consultation with the therapist you would prefer. If your preferred therapist does not have any availability, you may chose to book your consultation with someone else. If you need help getting matched with a therapist, please fill out our contact form and we will get back to you within one business day.

Please note that when creating a profile to book an initial consultation for a child/youth, it should be done so in the client/child’s name, not the parent’s.

Returning Clients For continuity in care, please book your appointment with the therapist you normally see. If you would like to switch therapists, please contact us at hello@innerworkslondon.com

Individual Counselling

Let’s face it: life can be overwhelming sometimes. Meeting with a therapist may help!

Couples Counselling

InnerWorks will ask both parties to confirm that they are interested in couples counselling. You will then be asked to book 4 sessions at the time of booking. A group session for both partners, then an individual session for each person, followed by a group session.

Therapy for Children

Therapy is available for children and youth aged 7+.
When you book your appointment the ages accepted by the therapists are listed. Please confirm that your child fits the therapists accepted age range.

Parent Support Services

Parenting is hard! Our Parent Coaches are here to help.
We help parents with kids from birth through the teen years to establish good routines, boundaries, and healthier relationships.

Hillary is a Registered Social Worker who specializes in assisting children and adolescents aged 4+ who struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety, low mood, school avoidance, and routine disruptions, as well as individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. With eight years of experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum in various roles such as support work, service coordination, and therapy, Hillary brings expertise and dedication to her practice.
